Dare to Brand is a product operated by Eillom Holding AB, a Swedish company registered under organisation number 559310-6262. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

We collect only what we need to run the service, and nothing more.

• Newsletter subscribers: your email address, and the date you subscribed.
• Contact: the name, email and message you choose to send us.
• Purchases: your email and payment confirmation. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Technical: minimal request data (IP, browser, referrer) used to keep the site working and secure.

When you subscribe, your email is stored in Kit (our newsletter provider) and a welcome email is delivered through Resend. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Payments for The Audit are processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation of the transaction and the email used at checkout. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's own privacy notice governs the payment itself.

We keep cookies to the minimum needed to run the site and process payments. For the full picture, see our Cookie Policy.

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept for as long as Swedish accounting law requires (currently seven years). Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to reply.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete it, where the law allows.
• Export it in a portable format.
• Object to, or restrict, certain processing.
• Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

To exercise any of these, email info@daretobrand.se. We reply within thirty days.
